I have found interactive apps such as ABCmouse and PBS Kids particularly effective when it comes to teaching my toddler new material – from reading to math; they cover it all, with engaging characters keeping her interested. My husband and I set aside screen time specifically for these applications and have witnessed remarkable increases in vocabulary knowledge as well as number recognition skills.

Physical tools such as building blocks and puzzles are among my go-to edutainment tools for toddlers, and are used to teach basic mathematics and problem-solving skills. My son loves building different structures using these physical toys while discovering which pieces fit where. Plus it enhances his fine motor skills without screen exposure!

Our Color Pencil flashcards have been an amazing asset to our learning routine! Their cards cover topics ranging from alphabets and animals, making learning both educational and fun for my toddler. She loves matching cards up, improving memory retention and recognition skills as she plays! Plus we use them during car rides so she doesn’t become disengaged!

As an educator, I recommend interactive books and toys that respond to touch and sound, such as LeapFrog LeapStart system – making learning enjoyable through its diverse subjects, games and challenges for children to engage them and improve reading and math skills significantly over time. My students love it and it has certainly paid dividends in improving both literacy and numeracy skills for them as long-term investments pay off.

My toddler loves using educational tablets such as the Amazon Fire Kids Edition. Packed full with apps and games both educational and fun, this tablet satisfies his thirst for independence in learning! With parental controls in place to monitor content appropriate to his age level. And with apps covering subjects from reading to science available he can explore subjects in an engaging manner while becoming self-motivated in learning new subjects independently – an amazing learning aid indeed!

Our daily routine incorporates educational entertainment through tools like VTech’s Write & Learn Creative Center. This interactive board offers lessons in drawing, writing and spelling; my child particularly enjoys tracing letters to create pictures – something which helps develop their early writing abilities! Plus it makes learning part of our fun day together!

Educational games are an absolute hit at our house! Zingo! and Sequence for Kids board games provide our family with hours of educational fun while simultaneously reinforcing key cognitive skills such as matching. My toddler doesn’t realize they’re learning something important when having so much fun – making educational playtime the ideal opportunity!
